After several months of work, we are happy to present our new flavored vinegar!
It is the fruit of the maceration of French tarragon, black peppercorns, and allspice in white wine vinegar for several months.
It is timely for the summer season and the start of the barbecues. It will be ideal for raw vegetables, accompanying sauces for meat and fish, or for marinades on the grill.
