Q: The received item does not look exactly like the picture? 

All our items are hand made from natural materials. For this reason, there might be a slight variation in color, shape, and size to each product. We believe that it is those variations that add beauty to the object and makes each item special.

Q: International deliveries?

For the moment, we only ship to Canada and the United States.

 

Q: Are there any import duties or customs charges?

Import duties or customs fees may apply to all deliveries outside Canada and are at the customer's expense.

Q: What are the delivery times?

All orders are processed Monday to Friday between 9 h and 16 h EST.  Please allow 1 to 5 business days for your order to be sorted and packaged.

We ship via Canada Post.  If you choose the expedited shipping options, packages will be delivered within 3 to 6 days in Canada and 5 to 7 days in the United States.  A follow-up email will be sent to you afterwards.

Please ensure that the delivery address given on our website when ordering is the desired delivery address, especially if it differs from the payment address.  We cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of a package due to an incorrect delivery address.

 

Q: What are the shipping costs?

We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $200 in Canada.  Otherwise, shipping charges will be calculated based on weight. 

 

Q: Do you offer local pick-up? 

We are pleased to offer local pick-up to our Montreal customers from 9 h to 4 h EST, Monday to Thursday.  If you place an order for pick-up, an email confirmation will be sent to you once the order is ready.

Q: In what currency are your prices?

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.

Q: What is your return policy?

Possibility of refund or exchange of your purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase.  Please note that shipping costs are not refundable

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.  Items must be new, unused and in perfect condition in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund

At this time, no returns will be accepted for items that were shipped outside of Canada

Q: How are the objects protected during shipping?

The goods are shipped in a rigid corrugated box. If the item is fragile, it is wrapped in tissue paper, and protected with biodegradable packing peanuts on the top, bottom, and sides of the inner container to limit movement and protect the item. The shipping box is closed with shipping tape. If needed, a "FRAGILE" label will be placed on top and on one side.

Q: Do you charge taxes?

Provincial and federal taxes will be added to your order.  Please note that taxes and customs fees may apply and will be payable by the customer for all deliveries outside of Canada.
