Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned. For example, perishable items, such as food or flowers, cannot be returned.

Other items not allowed to be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Certain health and personal care products

In some cases, only partial refunds are issued: (if applicable)

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to an error on our part.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.


Delayed or Missing Refunds (if any)

If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, discounted or sale items are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at info@fermehumminghill.com with pictures of the items received within 5 days of receiving the package.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to them with the intention of returning it to you at a later date, we will send the refund to them and they will know that you have returned their gift.


Shipping

To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: 1604 Notre Dame Street West, Montreal, QC, H3J 1M1, Canada.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of your item. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive.
