As you probably know, it was this vinegar that started the food business. Our second cuvée was reserved before we could even bottle it!
It is the fruit of the maceration of 50 chive flowers for several weeks, giving it a sweet fragrance and a magnificent color. In view of the strong demand, this year we have undertaken the cultivation of chives in the greenhouse and the development of two plots in one of our fields; which will allow us to multiply our production by 6 for the year 2022!
