The grocery store that comes to you!

At the end of April, when Clément contacted us, we were a little puzzled ... A mobile market that serves the territory of Montérégie, and that travels to people, to allow them to do their grocery shopping at home ... and all this by highlighting local products, chosen by Clément and Karène ...

They had identified our vinegars as an eligible commodity for their project, we were very flattered! In the qualification process, Clément and Karène insist on visiting their producers and testing the merchandise. As Clément told me ... if the product does not speak to him ... how can he sell it to his customers?

We received Clément and his family at the farm for the inspection and a tasting session. Everything went well and our vinegars got their entry ticket from Charlotte, the famous mobile truck.

A real privilege as a producer

As an agricultural producer, it is a real privilege to have support with the Charlotte Market. In addition to having a point of sale, it is a representative on the road who promotes our products in different cities, and in a very targeted way. The Charlotte Market is a valued ambassador for Humminghill Farm.

Happiness as a consumer

Reciprocally.... We decided to test the Charlotte Market formula. The formula is very simple ... we reserve on their facebook platform , depending on the day they are in our village, and the appropriate time.

The update of the arrival time is made one hour before the arrival of the truck. For us, it's Saturday afternoon. And Charlotte has become a Saturday night ritual ... According to what Clément offers us, we prepare the Saturday evening menu with beautiful local and fresh meat.
