About Humminghill Farm

Humminghill Farm is the personal project of a designer and an architect, Richard Ouellette and Maxime Vandal, co-founders of the Les Ensembliers group, specialising in architecture, design and residential construction. Richard and Maxime designed Humminghill Farm as a creative laboratory. Among the products from the farm under the Humminghill Farm brand, there are four vinegars flavoured with herbs and spices, honey made from wildflowers and bouquets of flowers grown without pesticides. The co-creation project with artisans is part of the philosophy of designers Richard and Maxime aimed, among other things, at supporting sustainable development and showcasing local talent and terroir.
